The ASL held its 2018 General Assembly meeting at the Crowne Plaza Hotel in Beirut on November 27, 2018. It was attended by 14 members of the Academy. A number of resolutions aimed at furthering the ASL mission in Lebanon were approved. The meeting was made possible by the generous support of the Friends of the Lebanese Academy of Sciences (FLAS).
