Prof. Charbel Farhat delivered a lecture entitled "Computational Science and Engineering: From Analysis to Design and Digital Twins” at the ballroom of the Crowne Plaza Hotel in Beirut on November 28, 2018. The lecture was attended by an enthusiastic audience of scientists and students from the major Lebanese universities.
The Lecture was sponsored by the Ahmar Family Foundation, USA, as part of a continuing series of annual public lectures by leading scientists to be held in Lebanon.
The Lecture was followed by a gala dinner at the Bristol Hotel, which was sponsored by the Indevco Group chaired by Tony Frem who is a member of the board of the Friends of the Lebanese Academy of Sciences (FLAS).
